Filters are two-port networks that may pass or attenuate frequencies within defined ranges and can alter the frequency response of any system. In present research study, goals optimization controller embedded with (ADS2019) used to design Butterworth Elliptic bandpass filters (18GHz – 38GHz), a bandwidth (7GHz), stopband attenuation (S21=-60dB), passband (S21=-1dB).
